Rhonda and Corey were married April 13, 2013 at Sacred Heart Church and had their reception at Pinecroft Crosley Estate. I was both humbled and honored to have photographed this wedding, because Rhonda is another wedding vendor. I enjoyed watching the day unfold and seeing Rhonda relax at her wedding. (Relaxing at a wedding is not something wedding vendors get to do often.)
It was a beautiful day exploding with love and emotion. The weather was perfect, with warm sun and vibrant blue skies.
Rhonda and Corey are a great couple that truly belong to one another, the fun little quirks of each of their personalities showed through in every aspect of their wedding day.
These images are two firsts for them, the first dance and the first kiss and its obvious that they are in their own little world.
Not only were the emotions and love high between Rhonda and Corey but also their parents.
Rhonda's dad gave a very touching toast to the happy couple.
Pinecroft was a beautiful backdrop with photographic opportunities around every corner.
I just love the shadow play on the ceiling from that light! Having never worn a tux, I had no idea how many little pieces were involved. It was very entertaining to see these men get ready for the wedding.
I love how Rhonda and Corey fit perfectly in the open space between the stairs.
The bouquet toss from the mansion balcony was great!
I can just feel the love and tenderness in this image.
My all time favorite from this wedding is the image below because of the lines, texture and feeling. All the lines from the walls and ceiling to the direction of light draw your eye directly to Rhonda and Corey.
Rhonda chose colored spot lighting that gave the reception area a warm romantic glow.
Thank you again for asking me to photograph your wedding!
